Salla Wilderness Park
From Wilderness Park main building you will find a nice and cozy cafeteria. Cafe is a nice place to have a small break for example after your safari or in between cross-country or snow-scooter trip.
We are also official visitor center for Salla National Park. Information about the hiking routes, tips for hiking etc. you’ll get from the info desk.
Nature exhibition shows the nature of Salla National Park and there is also a lot of information about the surrounding areas and local culture.
From our souvenir shop you can find things like reindeer leather products, reindeer hide, kuksa (traditional Lappish wooden cup) and puukko (Lappish knife). From the cafe you can have fresh delicacies and our famous doughnuts.
Wilderness Park staff will be more than happy to help you with your questions about the area other things.
